Search Filter#116

Having the possibility to:
-Search by text a specific filter

• Show only my filters or specific person

Scenario:
We are a company with ~5K people, of which ~1K use Jira on a daily basis. We have a multitude of filters to search, which makes the process slow, so improving the search engine could help
