Scheduler not granular enough#94

Schedules need more options, the ranges currently available are not granular enough.
In order to avoid overlapping events and the 240ms timout limitation, you often have to attempt to schedule jobs to prevent overlapping. However, with the current 1 hour blocks, this does not give many slots to run scripts in within a maintainance window.
