Enhanced search function - Ability to search exact match comment#77

As a user, I wish to have a JQL function for me to search the exact match of comment context like this: “comment = ‘testing 123’”
For now, by using the current Jira default comment JQL function I can only search the all comments that contain “testing” and comments with “123” as well as “~” with: “comment ~ ‘testing 123’”

I need the function comment like this, so that I’m able to search the issues that have the exact comment with the query.
