Change Text of "Failed to Save" Error#66

The Script Fields page throws the error “Failed to save as your page is out of date, please refresh and try saving again” either there is a timeout or when there are no changes that need to be made remotely (according to SRJCLSUP-4644).

However these two situations are very different, and it is misleading and confusing to tell a user “please try again” when in reality you mean “everything is fine”.

It would be good for “no remote changes needed” to have it’s own error message.
