Allow shared editing of Enhanced Search#63

To allow teams to be able to maintain searches, it would be great if Editing privileges could be assigned to a saved Enhanced search

This is Essential, there is no reason filters will be “lost in space” without the ability to trace and edit them while more and more filters are generated and cause Jira to suffocate.
Filter should be shared to Jira Administrators, as well as any other shared person. Many thanks

Without this feature, we would be required to re-create users’ Enhanced Search filters from scratch when they leave the company or change roles. Moreover, as an administrator, I am unable to modify filters authored by others directly. Instead, I must send instructions for any required filter adjustments. This process is not only inefficient but also introduces the potential risk of errors if my instructions are misunderstood.
