Filter and sort saved ScriptRunner features#224

As a ScriptRunner admin,
I would like to more easily find a saved feature (behaviour, listener, job, etc.)
So that I can save time finding and managing my feature/scripts

As a systems administrator, I want to sort the list of behaviours so that it is easy to find the necessary behaviour for my 226 projects which comprise, already, a list of 22 behaviours.
