Currently it is impossible to tell what each fragment does when looking at the list of fragments because there is no Name attribute so all we can see is the ID which is not helpful. A Name attribute would make it easier to see which fragment is which without having to pick one to edit.
It would also be helpful to have a Description attribute so that people other than the fragment author can understand what it is used for.
