Show Custom Field Ids#114

Custom Field names are NOT unique. Showing a list of Custom Fields without their ids is NOT helpful.

• Approvers
  Which is which?
  These should display, in drop-downs, etc., as:
• Approvers (10008)
• Approvers (10123)
