Ability to manage tabs (of fields) with Behaviours#104

As a ScriptRunner Admin,
I would like to hide or show an entire tab (of fields),
So that the right users see the proper tabs of fields if/when applicable

Pleaes comment with detailed use cases - they are very helpful!
